Scope of Services

During the 60-day project, the factory will undertake the following responsibilities at their own expense

* Nearby Community Environment Development:

Initiate and execute projects contributing to the development of the nearby community environment. We will provide guidance and support during this process.

* Environment Legal Documents including Ground Water Permission:

Ensure the completion and validity of environment-related legal documents, including obtaining ground water permission where applicable.

* Factory Membership with Any Recognized Association for Legal and Environment Information:

Establish and maintain factory membership with a recognized association to stay informed about legal and environmental developments.

* Energy Audit:

Undertake an energy audit to assess and enhance energy efficiency within the factory.

* Factory Environment Work with any NGO:

Collaborate with a non-governmental organization (NGO) for environmental initiatives, community engagement, or other sustainable projects

* SBTi Registration and Targets::

Register with the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and establish targets aligned with the goal of limiting global temperature rise.

* Yearly GHG Inventory / Carbon Footprint:

Conduct an annual greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory to measure and report the carbon footprint of the factory's operations.

* Water Footprint / Water Balance:

Assess the water footprint of the factory, considering water use across the supply chain. Implement a water balance to track water inflow and outflow.

* Air Emissions (Environmental Test Reports) & Non-GHG Pollution Gases Inventory:

Monitor and report air emissions, including conducting environmental test reports. Inventory non-GHG (Greenhouse Gas) pollution gases.

* Non-Hazardous Waste & Hazardous Waste Management Legal & Requirements:

Manage non-hazardous and hazardous waste in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure proper disposal and compliance with waste management standards.

* BV3 Registration for Chemical Incheck :

Register with BV3 for Chemical Incheck, indicating a commitment to responsible chemical management and compliance with industry standards.
